3-Year Warranty

​

All our furniture comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers furniture components (hinges, drawer runners, handles, shelf supports, frames, and bed slats), provided that the product has been assembled according to the instructions supplied and purchased new by a private customer in Europe, Switzerland, or through an authorized Théo-Bébé retailer.

Should an issue arise, we are committed to providing a prompt solution, whether through repair, replacement parts, or product exchange, depending on the situation.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

It's simple—send us an email at sav@theo-bebe.fr including:

• Your invoice or delivery note

• Your name

• A description of the issue (photos or videos are appreciated whenever possible)

Our team will guide you through every step of the process to provide a fast and effective solution.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

​

To ensure fair use, the warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect assembly or assembly not carried out according to the instructions provided

• Misuse or improper maintenance

• Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use over time

• Accidental damage (impacts, moisture, heat, etc.)

• Modifications or repairs carried out by parties other than our team or authorized partners

European Standards

All furniture designed for use with babies (cots, cradles, changing units, and dressers) is tested by recognized independent laboratories, including Pourquery Lyon and FCBA.

Our products comply with the most stringent European safety standards:

• NF EN 12221+A1 (2013)

• NF EN 1130 (2019)

Eco Impact B Label

We have been awarded the Eco Impact B label, which assesses the environmental footprint of our products throughout their entire life cycle, including manufacturing, distribution, and use.

Label A

Our furniture is manufactured using water-based finishes, free from solvents and toxic substances.

As a result, our products have achieved Label A certification, confirming very low indoor air emissions in accordance with ISO 16000 standards, as verified by independent laboratories.
