Furniture questions : 

 

Up to what age can my baby sleep in our cribs?

We recommend that you stop using the cradle when your baby can sit up, kneel down or starts to stand up on his own. 

 

At what age can I install the evolving sides? 

You can install the evolving sides once your child can get in and out of the crib on his own. 

 

Where can I find the mattress for my Coquillage bed? 

You can find our Coquillage mattresses in the right size and shape on our website www.theo-bebe.fr.

 

What type of wood do you use? 

We use wood from renewed forests. Australian White Cedar (melia azedarach, neem) is an oak-hard, insect- and fungus-resistant, fast-growing wood whose leaves have medicinal properties beneficial to health. 

 

Where do you make your furniture? 

All our furniture is made in our own factory in Indonesia.  

What is the VOC content of your furniture? 

The MDF used by Théo is made from rubberwood from sustainably managed plantations. Théo chose to use carb-P2, an American standard, because it contains a very low level of formaldehyde: 4.1mg/100g (tested by an independent laboratory), well below European E1 standards (maximum 8mg/100g).

Our furniture is on average three times lower than the European recommendation and classified A+ in terms of emissions, because we only use solid wood, mdf (because it contains very little glue), rattan, metal and a water-based finish. We are very vigilant on this point.

We don't use chipboard because it contains too much formaldehyde.

 

The product I want is currently out of stock. How can I find out when it's back in stock? 

If the product you want is out of stock, we invite you to go to the page of the out-of-stock product and click on “notify me when this product is back in stock”, then enter your email address, so that we can notify you when it's back in stock.

 

How long do you guarantee your products? 

All our products are guaranteed for 3 years. 

Questions about delivery : 

 

I live in an apartment building. Do you deliver upstairs? 

All our deliveries are made to the bottom of your building or residence. For upstairs deliveries, we can provide you with a quote. Please send us an email to: contact@theo-bebe.fr with your full address, the floor and whether you have an elevator. Please note, however, that our furniture is delivered divided into several cartons. Each box weighs a maximum of 30kg and is therefore fairly easy to transport.

How do I know when my order will be delivered? 

Once your parcel has arrived at the nearest branch of our carrier, you will receive a text message. We invite you to call the telephone number indicated, so that you can make an appointment with the delivery person to arrange delivery. 

 

What should I do when the driver arrives with my parcel? 

You need to check the following 3 points: 

Your parcel must be delivered on a pallet (for orders of more than one item). 

Check that the number of boxes corresponds to the BL and your order. 

Check that all cartons are in good condition.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged? 
You must refuse the parcel or the entire delivery, without signing the delivery note, so that the carrier's insurance covers the return and replacement of the product.

How do I return my parcel? 

The customer has the legal right to cancel within fourteen days of receiving the products, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods. 

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the seller at the following e-mail address: contact@theo-bebe.fr 

The customer must return the items in their original packaging and in perfect condition, within 10 working days. Refunds will be made after receipt of the returned items in good condition, within 15 working days, by transfer to the customer's bank account. 

Any item returned damaged or not in its original packaging and in perfect condition will not be reimbursed. 

Do-it-yourself” products cannot be returned if they have already been assembled.  

Which countries can you deliver to?

We can deliver throughout Europe and to most other countries, subject to shipping formalities and costs.
