Delivery is made on a pallet at the bottom of your home from monday to friday (delivery to the floor or on sunday on request, with supplement).
Tax information specific to delivery in Switzerland:
For deliveries in Switzerland, you will have to pay the Swiss VAT applicable in the canton of delivery on the total amount of the order, excluding delivery costs. This payment is made directly to the carrier upon delivery. Please ensure that you have adequate means of payment.
As explained on our presentation page, Théo Bébé's head office is located in Singapore. Despite all the precautions we take to avoid this kind of bad surprise to our customers, it may happen that some banks apply exchange fees.
